A stablecoin is a class of cryptocurrencies that attempt to offer price stability and are backed by a reserve asset. Stablecoins have gained traction as they attempt to offer the best of both worlds—the instant processing and security or privacy of payments of cryptocurrencies, and the volatility-free stable valuations of fiat currencies.

Digital dollar stablecoins and crypto-collateralized stablecoins are 1:1 backed or over-collateralized by other assets. This makes them secure against price volatility.

Signing up is easy! Just go the "SIGN UP" page or click the "SIGN UP" link at the bottom of the website page. You will be directed to the registration page for merchants, churches and other businesses. Once you get there, click the "SIGN UP" tab and enter your details. An verification will be sent first to your email to authenticate that it is yours. Go to your email and click the link. If you can't click the link, use CTRL+C or Apple+C to copy the link and then paste it in your browser's address bar.  A temporary password then be sent to your email.

After you have your password. You will need to be prepared to upload a copy of your Business Registration, Proof of domain ownership if you have a website that you want to process payments through, a State Id or Driver's License and copy of a voided check. Once you have uploaded these documents in the form, a (MID) Merchant ID will be assigned to you.
